You must register to receive an account (Private or Trade) where you can then sub sequentially place advertisements through your Boatshop account.
Boatshop has the right to refuse anyone that has multiple ad’s as a “private” user, in this case a Trade account is needed.
Persons with a Trade – account are not allowed to post under a private account.
These terms and conditions govern all types of Boatshop accounts. By completing the registration process, it is implied that you agree to the terms and conditions set out herein, Boatshop.ie may amend from time to time.
The Boatshop accounts are open to all persons whom are over 18 years of age, and are legally entitled to pass ownership of all items placed on our website.
These terms and conditions, all advertisements placed on our website and all issues regarding this Website will be governed by Irish law.

Placing an Advertisement
To the best of your ability you must accurately describe each product to be sold, services offered or events submitted within the allowed space. You are liable for any errors or omissions in your description. Any brand details be it brand name or any other indication of origin or manufacture which you include in your advertisement must be 100% accurate, and not capable of misleading any potential purchaser.
As the seller, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the sale of any product or marine service, and all activity or communication you make in connection with the transaction will not be capable to be seen as:

You may only place an advertisement into a category on this website into which the product or marine service being offered naturally fits (and not in any other categories).
